Yoga Classes In Person

Welcome to your journey of embodied movement. I teach a seasonal Hatha Vinyasa Slow flow Yoga. Each class is thoughtfully designed drawing from my practice of Yoga for the past 25 years, with a focus on breath, appropriate alignment, building strength, mobility and flexibility with seasonal inspiration and learnings from neuroscience for Yoga.  Classes aim to help you explore your wild nature through mindful practice, connecting with body, breath, your inner landscape and the natural world around you.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing. Warm layers for relaxation

  • Yoga mat 

  • Blanket (to use as a versatile prop /for relaxtion)

  • Any props you like to use (blocks /bricks /strap)

  • Open mind and curious spirit

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early
