Service Description

Join Carina for a Monday morning slow flow Yoga practice (outdoor when the weather permits) to set the right tone for your week ahead. Class is inspired by principles of nature, the elements and aligning with the seasons to enhance our own feeling of connection with the natural world, beginning with strengthening our own awareness of body, breath and mind. The class incorporates Asana (postures), Pranayama (Breath practices) and some Meditation and internal intention setting for the week ahead. You do not have to have any prior Yoga experience. A basic level of fitness is recommended (in that you are comfortable getting up and down from the ground unassisted.) Classes are designed to restore balance to the nervous system, honour our individuality, different bodies and unique life experiences. If some weeks life has been demanding and you just need to come and lie on the floor and join in whenever you like (or don't) this is always welcome. It is your time. Please have bare feet and bring your own mat. A blanket is also recommended.
