Awaken into the energy of the season with 2.5 hours of deep rest, nature connection, guided meditation, seasonal preparations, shamanic journeying and storytelling supported by the heart medicine of ceremonial Cacao Guided relaxation, moon musings, exploration of the Celtic Wheel of the Year and insights into rituals for living seasonally. Enlivening our senses with carefully curated music, atmosphere and bespoke 100% pure plant derived seasonal essential oils The space will be comfortable, warm and some blankets and yoga mats (to lie on) available. You may wish to bring your own favourite blanket, a journal and any other relaxation aids (eye pillows, cushions, cosy socks!)

Women's Circle Cacao Ceremonies Booking, Cancellation & Wait List Policy BOOKING POLICY Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any Women's Cacao Circle Events. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been completed. All payments are non-refundable. Booking Confirmation Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with event details. Please ensure your contact information is correct at the time of booking. Pricing Pricing for each Women Cacao Circle is as listed on our booking platform. Any promotions or discounts will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY No Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Cash refunds are unavailable under any circumstances. Booking Transfers If you cannot attend a ceremony you have already booked, you have two options: 1) Transfer to Another Attendee You may transfer your booking to another person at any time. Please notify me with the new attendee's full name and contact information. There is no fee for transferring your booking to another person. b) Transfer to a Future Circle or Even If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony, you may transfer your booking to a future Women's Cacao Circle or similar event Transfers are subject to availability. To request a transfer, please contact at least 24 hours before the original booking. Bookings cannot be transferred to a future circle if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony. No-Shows If you do not attend and do not notify us in advance, your booking will be forfeited with no option for transfer. WAIT LIST POLICY How to Join the Wait List If a ceremony is fully booked, you can join our wait list through the booking platform. Please provide your full name, contact information, and the specific event date. Wait List Process Wait list positions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If a space becomes available, we will contact the first person on the wait list. You will have 24 hours to confirm and complete payment after being notified of an available space. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the space will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Priority Booking Those on the wait list who did not secure a spot will be given priority notification for our next scheduled circle.
