An all levels breath-centred dynamic, slow flow vinyasa class
Service Description
A breath-centred dynamic, slow flow vinyasa class containing asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Suitable for those who would like to develop their practice from a beginner level as well as those who may have an existing Yoga practice but would like to benefit from regular in person grou classes. Establish a solid understanding of foundational principles, postures and breath techniques, rebalance the nervous system and leave feeling spacious, uplifted and calm. A basic level of fitness is recommended in that you are comfortable getting up and down from the ground unassisted. Classes are designed to restore balance to the nervous system, honour our individuality, different bodies and unique life experiences and if some weeks life has been demanding and you just need to come and lie on the floor and join in whenever you like (or don't) this is always welcome. It is your time. Please have bare feet and bring your own mat. A blanket is also recommended.
